Not a day goes by without the Obama Administration getting away with another step towards the monumental dismantlement of America for their own purposes of establishing Islam, including all the moral and immoral regulations wrapped in sharia law.
The apparent fiasco that has been Obamacare from the beginning, was gifted to the American nation last October 2013.
Inside it one can find an important element: OBAMA CARE CODE ICD 9 E 978, which is a medical code for “Legal Execution,” as follows:

Note: Categories E980-E989 are for use when it is stated that an
investigation by a medical or legal authority has not determined

include self-inflicted injuries, but not poisoning, when not specified
whether accidental or with intent to harm.
Back in May 2013, Senator Rand Paul, who happens to be a medical doctor as well, reported in an almost unremarked speech, some of the details of the “care” in Obama’s health plan for America.
Paul said physicians typically have to choose from about 18,000 medical diagnostic codes, so that health insurers know why a patient was treated. But Obamacare, he told his audience, will include a mandate for 140,000 of those codes, some of which he said were ridiculous.
'Included among these codes,' he told the Iowa Republicans during a May 10 dinner event, 'will be 312 new codes for injuries from animals; 72 new codes for injuries just from birds; 9 new codes for "injuries from the macaw."'
'The macaw?' Paul asked. 'I've asked physicians all over the country, "Have you ever seen an injury from a macaw?"'
All things considered, it is not hard to imagine the amount of effort in thinking, planning and formulating Obama’s people must have gone through to add those 140,000 codes in Obamacare. Its implementation in everyday lives and consultations will no doubt heavily complicate things in doctor-patient relationships.
Nonetheless, these “Obamacare codes” are not an Obama creation, as they are found in the WHO (World Health Organization,) a specialized agency of the United Nations.
However, the first International Classification of Diseases or ICD, goes back to 1893. That’s approximately around the dates when Leftist funders reunited theoreticians to figure how to best overtake the West.
In 1948, WHO took control of clinical modifications. In 1955, the WHO modified the ICD to track mortality rates. Then, in 1977 the 9th revision was published under the code name of “ICD 9 Medical Codes” which are being used today within our medical system. In 1988, the American Congress passed “Medicare Catastrophic Coverage Act” requiring the use of ICD 9 codes on all claims. In 1996 mandated codes were to be of the highest possible specificity.
But, that’s far from all. Come October 1, 2014 the ICD 9 coding will no longer be used, as it will be replaced by the ICD 10 which will be the new “mandated” medical coding adding an extra 68,105 codes. And that’s not all. The ICD-10-PCS (Procedure Code System) has an additional 86,000 codes totaling approximately 155,000 new medical codes for medical professionals.
That said, the World Health Organization (WHO) supports the United Nations Agenda 21 through the Millennium Development Goals and the Sustainable Development agendas. As a senator, Obama tried hard to increase U.S. political attention towards Millennium Development Goals. A bill he presented then did not pass.
Silently and for many years, American governments have adhered to, and paid huge amounts of taxpayer money to, the United Nations.
Meanwhile, unknowingly, Americans have been subject to the ICD Medical code for many years. Their privacy has been betrayed as, unwarned, they have had their information shared through coding, with the globalist UN-WHO, without their specific authorization.
Let's cite the case of the Department of Homeland Security of Wisconsin presents the List of underlying causes of injury death within the group of E-code (ICD-9) 1989 – 1998.
With no precise definition, the code ICD 9 E 978 is presented as “All injuries,” and references it at the bottom of the list as: “Other specifiable cause of injury.”
All mention of “Legal Execution” with a guillotine and beheading, has been avoided.
AGENDA 21 is a comprehensive plan of action to be taken globally, nationally and locally by organizations of the United Nations system, government and major groups in every area in which humans impact on the environment -that’s almost everywhere.
Seems that every town, county, state and nation in the world would be changing their land use/planning codes and government policies to align themselves with...what? You guessed it, UN Agenda 21.
Even democrats who are aware of this invasive situation around the world, have a voice against it now in “Democrats against UN-Agenda 21,” which is very well presented in this brief segment between Glenn Beck interviews Rosa Koire, a member of the organization.
However, at this point, the fact that Obamacare introduces in all legality Code 9 E 978 for Legal Execution that includes execution for (unspecified) beheading, (and specified) decapitation [by guillotine,] demands special attention.
The globalism fiercely advocated by the United Nations and its organizations, in this case, the World Health Organization (WHO) and Agenda 21, are too close for comfort to another globalist agenda, the one advocated by Islam and an influential part of their followers: Muslim world domination.
It is equally known the profound affection of the current American President, Barack Hussein Obama, towards Islam, his father’s religion, therefore his as well. Mr. Obama has ostensibly demonstrated his relentless allegiance to the cause of implanting Islamic domination in the United States. He has quietly and astutely implemented ways to position in key posts, Islamists elements that have gotten clearance to the most key spots within America’s government.
Given the calm and tacit acceptance of his abusive policies by the American people, the President is pushing his case with increasing insistence and boldness.
How else to explain the introduction of (unspecified) beheading, (and specified) decapitation [by guillotine,] in the statutes of Obamacare and therefore within the political life in America?
When Senator Dr. Rand Paul was criticizing Obamacare’s minutiae, why did he not mention Code 9 E 978 regarding Legal Execution?
Since no one is ostensibly complaining, Mr. Obama can rightfully assume that Americans will not mind, or that they have not realized what has been done.
But, in reality, with beheading and decapitation now part of American legalese, sharia has been all but de facto adopted in America.
